There are so many ways they could help, without charging money! Wonder if those persons really live in Port Louis whatever be the case. C'est pas demain la veille that we will find more dustbins in the streets of port louis. I am pondering on writing a mail to the municipality of port louis and asking for some stuffs.. wonder if they got an email !! .. The only 2 mayors doing worthy stuffs are from curepipe and phoenix i fink .. 1 is doing a lot at curepipe and one is even doing customer service and you can sms him anytime on his personal mob to tell your request !! :S wished it could be the same in port louis !!
